Secondary television receives guide and channel information but no picture

I had the power to this television/Uverse cable box off for a weekend, if that helps answer this question. The other two televisions that remained powered on all the time still function perfectly. I turned the power back on and turned on the television and cable box. The box rebooted but failed to show any picture (black screen). You can change the channel up or down and even get the full guide (no mini picture though of course) so I know it is properly connected. I checked all the cables anyway to be sure. I rebooted the box twice and even unplugged it for 15 minutes and then repowered everything. Hooking up other equipment works just fine (xbox/DVD/VCR etc on the secondary TV input). I am on channel three and of course I know I'm getting some input (guide and channel information works properly) but no picture. Just in case you were wondering, my phones and internet connection are perfect.

Does anyone know what causes this issue or how to fix it? I will try leaving it on for a while to see if it comes back by itself. Then I'll try rebooting and repowering it some more.

Have you tried moving the box to another TV to see if the problem follows?

Yes, even on another TV I just brought in to this room to test (and after resetting the cable box for 15 min), it still does not work.
