We have had that happen, but most times, it is only on one channel.
Copy and paste your stats from THIS page. The number might show a problem.

Here are the AT&T U-verse Broadband Link Statistics. Any input?

Not only does the screen temporarily freeze (and not just on one station), it also did it on a "recorded" show last night.

I saw his numbers on this page randy.

His numbers are great. 2025 corrected blocks and 43 UCB's in almost 4 days.

Well, I can't explain the technical meaning of the numbers, but if the numbers are too high, then it could indicate a problem somewhere with your service.
I heard very early on, you don't want more than around 10 uncorrected blocks in a 24 hour period, but that isn't written in stone. ![]()
I've had it where it has averaged out to more than that for me and yet I've had no problems.
When your stats start showing you have thousands of uncorrected blocks in a fairly short period of time or millions of corrected blocks, then it's time to call tech support. A short period of time usually means about 2 or 3 days, sometimes less.
If the freezes are just momentary and happen very infrequently, like maybe 2 or 3 times a day or less, I wouldn't worry about it too much. I have experienced that even when I had TWC and Comcast.
If it is constant, then it is time to give TS a call and see if they can find out what the problem is. ![]()
