Apparently TV2.2 Client will be released during the 1st quarter of 2013. This info is based on an e-mail I received from ATT Executive Support, Texas. It is supposed to fix a Closed Captioning disappearance defect.

Maybe it'll also fix the Closed captioning apperance defect - where it takes 30+ steps to make it appear.
