We got u-verse 3 weeks ago. It worked great for a week then problems started. We have had tech out once to replace router. Problems are worse now. Tech is coming out tonight. We have 5 tvs connected. Cannot change channels unless we reboot stb. Cannot record a program. We can see series recordings set in the guide, but they don't record. We were never able to start watching a program on one tv & continue on another like the ads show. We are 3000' from the vrad & crossbox.

Please post screenshots of the following tabs from Uverse Realtime: IP/Profile, Error Table, Bitloading, & Coax/HPNA.
We can take a look at the screenshots to see if there appears that you might be an issue with your system.
By the way, the ad mentioned that you can start watching a recorded program on one TV and continue watching it on another TV.
