This is the last portion of the statistics page from the link suggested in a few other threads here. I'm having a significant issue with my TV signal freezing up. It seems to have improved in the last 20 minutes or so, but was freezing every couple of minutes or so earlier today, and when it wasn't totally freezing, it was freezing/interrupting briefly. This problem has been gradually getting worse over the last couple of months since I got the service, and also extends to the DVR as well. I've had to erase programs I was in the middle of watching because they froze and would go no further.

You didn't include how long it took to accumulate these numbers, but unless it was for a couple of months or so, I'd say those numbers are way too high. Even if it was for 2 or 3 months, those numbers are still way too high.
Have you tried doing a soft reset on the DVR/STB's? Hold the power button in for about 5 seconds till the lights flash.
Sometimes, if the above doesn't help, unplugging the power cord from the back of the DVR/STB for about 15-20 seconds will help.
Lastly would be a hard reset or a disaster recovery, but you would probably lose any recordings you have on the DVR when doing that. I'd be inclined to try one or both of the first options I mentioned and then see what happens with both your PQ and your stats.
You can go here to reset your stats, but you will need the password from the RG.
Please let us know what happens. Oh and where are you located at? Do you know if you have THDVR yet?

I'd say it's time to call TS @ 1-800-983-2811 and avoid Mr. Voice Recognition @ 2020 with 2.2B corrected blocks and many uncorrected blocks and cumulative errored seconds, there is something wrong on your line somewhere between the RG and VRAD.

The first number is since last reset, the second is current 24 hour interval, the third was current 15 minute interval. I did a soft reset this morning when it was giving me trouble, and that didn't seem to do much. I'll have to give them a call. It seems to happen about once a day or once every other day lately.

When I asked about the time to accumulate, I meant this... (in red). ![]()

Ah, I see. Those stats were collected for approximately a 14 day period.
Okay, those stats are bad for that short a time period. Actually, they aren't good for any time period really. ![]()
Use the info that Chris posted in his reply and defintely call and report it to TS. You have a problem somewhere and it needs to be fixed. Those numbers are WAY too high.
