I could write a long story, like how I am dealing with this problem for 3 months+ now, but basically, like the title says, I have DVR reboots, TV freezes and internet connection problems. I seem to get about 3Mbps download when I am paying for 6Mbps.
I have called ATT numerous times and have had tons of support problems (no show 4 times, no callback 6 times and no record of future appointment 2 times). In any case, they have shown up and replaced the box 2 times. Even then the reboot problem presists.
They fixed some line issues and my internet drop issue has improved from once every 20 minutes to once every 10 hours. But, now I get frequent page time-out errors inside browsers, which never happened before.
They think there are line grounding issues. But, no one knows what the real problem is.
I did the statistics like the others asked to and I got this:
Since Reset Current 24-Hour Interval Current 15-Minute Interval Time Since Last Event
The number of corrected blocks seems execessively high, doesn't it?
