This has been happening daily, twice yesterday. While watching a recorded program on the wireless receiver TV the recorded program stops and the following message appears "Network problems have stopped this stream. The program is not currently available for playing. Recording playback is unavailable. Make sure the receiver and DVR receiver are connected to the network" I click the OK box and below that on the screen is the message "There aren't any recordings available to watch. To schedule programs to record go to add recording". Everything else appears to be working with the wireless receiver. I can access any channel and the guide, etc., but if I click on the Recorded button the screen shows no recordings on the DVR. If I go to any of the other receivers (DVR and 2 wired receivers) they all show the recordings on the DVR and allow viewing of those recordings. I reset the wireless receiver (have reset both by unplugging receiver and/or holding power button down) and after rebooting the wireless receiver then shows all the available recordings on the DVR, however, the program I was watching reverts back to its original version, not back to the point where it stopped. Extremely frustrating if I was 2 hours into a 3 hour recording of a boxing match.
I have only had the wireless receiver for around a month. It was a replacement for a wired receiver that I was having problems with. With that receiver I was getting a program freeze on one local HD channel (1002) and the screen would fade to black. All other channels would work fine including the SD channel (2), but when I returned to 1002 there would be a black screen. Channel 1002 continued to work fine on the DVR and other 2 wired receivers. A premises tech changed out the wired receiver for the wireless but now I have a new set of issues.
Anyone else having this problem?

Your stats look good, I don't see any problems there.
I would have a tech come out and see if he can find anything wrong on the coax system. If there is nothing to be found there, you might be getting interference in the wireless 802.11n band that is hampering the wireless receiver. In that case, I'd recommend going back to a wired receiver, using hard-wired Ethernet.
Another possibility is to change the DVR from coax to Ethernet, as Ethernet can be more reliable.

Thanks, Joe. I moved the wireless receiver to the kitchen since we don't watch recorded programs in the kitchen, and moved the wired STB to the living room. Unfortunately, still having the same problem with the wired STB in living room as we had with the DVR when it was in the living room. Unable to view HD channel 1002 in mid afternoon, screen goes black when tuned to that channel. SD channel 2 Ok, but not 1002. If I click Guide and look up channel 1002 I see in the bottom left corner of the guide screen the program being shown on 1002, but if I click OK to tune to that channel the screen goes black. Same if I enter 1002 as the channel while on a different channel, or use the Back button, or channel up or down arrows to arrive at 1002, same results, black screen. Rebooting the STB cures the problem. When the Premis Tech came out on this problem in April he gave me the wireless receiver as a solution to the problem and suggested I might need to change the input on my TV from component 1 to component 2, or try using the HDMI cable and try different HDMI inputs. Tried those solutions too and no luck. If there was a problem with the coax to the living room STB then one would expect to see this problem on multiple channels not just this one HD channel. Any suggestions?

I have only seen the problem, that you describe that you are having with channel 1002, occur when a channel is being watched while a program is recording on that channel.

When the problem occurs, which is almost daily, no other STB's or DVR in use. I have the DVR, 2 wired STB's and 1 wireless STB.

Try changing the ethernet port it is plugged into on the RG. Have had success with that.

It is the wired (coax) STB I am having the black screen problem with, not the wireless STB.
