Wireless receiver multiple problems

I am watching a recorded program on my wireless and all of a sudden it stops and I get this message.......Recording playback is unavailable On the main dvr I have access to the recordings, but on the wireless, I have to reboot in order to get back to them

I also had the sound go mute on all channels and I had to reboot the wireless receiver.

Also, as I am watching a program, the blue screen with UVerse displays but the sound of the program continues. I press OK on the remote and the picture returns but continues to go to the blue screen every few minutes.

This all started about 2 weeks ago on my six month old wireless. Any suggestions?

Do a hard reboot of your RG by unplugging the ac cable for 30 seconds and then reconnect it. After it reboots do the same thing with your wireless stb.
