hello, i tried searching but didn't seem to find anything. forgive me if i overlooked and answer to this.
long story short i had a roomate that used an additional receiver for her room. when she moved the power supply cable to the unit came up missing. i've tried calling customer support multiple times and the only response i got was to buy one from a local radio shack. i tried this as well and was told it would be a special order item only and would cost $60 or more for it.
i'm not apposed to paying for a new cable as it's not att's fault it is missing, but $60 for a cable is insane. i guess my question is does anyone know where one can be bought for a reasonable price or how to get one from att? i visited 2 local stores and was told they don't carry any hardware in store, and customer service said they couldn't get one.

Call tech support and see what they tell you. If you don't make any progress there click the hyperlink in my signature and you will be taken to David's info. Shoot him an email with your question, maybe he or a member of his staff can give you a more desireable solution.
