recording/ DVR options unavailabl e

all of a sudden starting yesterday, the dvr features on all of my boxes don't work.
att was just here a few weeks ago for bad boxes and gave me one new wireless receiver and the rest are the regular connected kind.
i have done a hard reboot and reset the wireless access point, but nothing is working.
the exact message when i try to look up my saved shows is: the recording list is unavailable. make sure the tv receiver and the dvr receiver are connected to the network.
when i try to pause a show the error is: pause is not available. the dvr is currently unplugged or restarting
all tvs are working, but not dvr options.
i am beyond frustrated and really don't want to have to call tech support AGAIN...i have had nothing but issues. please help!

What did you reboot? I would suggest rebooting all of your U-verse equipment:
1. Unplug the RG
2. Unplug the DVR and each of your other receivers
3. Plug the RG back in and wait for it to sync
4. Plug back in the DVR and each of your other receivers
