ATT Button blinks four times?

Whenever I click the power button on my ATT remote it the ATT button blinks four times. I tried replacing the battery and reprogramming the TV so I am lost on solutions. How do I solve this problem.

Take a look at the red Record button. See if it is stuck (it's already recessed).

Have to assume then the power does not stay on? The press OK for Uverse message should come on the TV at that point, if not, I'd do a hard reboot by unplug/plug in power after 30 seconds.

This will fix many DVR problems, let us know if it worked, good luck.
