Howdy Everyone - We recently changed our TV Cable provider from Time Warner to AT&T U-Verse. The AT&T remote does not work in our case. Regular remote supplied does not work well thru cabinet doors, etc. Before we can watch TV, a screen comes us and says "To watch at&t tv press OK" We don"t want to see this, just the last channel we watched when we turned the TV off the last time. We have a Longitech Harmony One remote we just love and want this to be programmed to work for us. This has to be programmed for AT&T U-Verse but don't know how to proceed to get rid of the AT&*T remote and rely completely on our favorite Harmony One. We are elderly folks and need to know how to do this in simple plain english. Can anybody help us accomplish this. We would be very grateful. God Bless Always. Work with Logitech to reprogram your remote.
Should you decide to get a new one - they are much less expensive now. You can get a model 200 at Radio Shack for $20.

I have the Harmony One it is IR only the 900 is the step up with RF.
I suppose you could create a macro for the above but I find it faster to hit OK and mine usually returns to the last thing I watched.
