Remote Control Problem

Now the remove that started skipping channels, when you press the channel button to go forward, it only goes backward or the channels just jump all over the place. So now I have to get the remove from another tv to change the channels and use the remove that is acting crazy just to turn tv on/off and volume control.

Try changing the batteries and if that does not work click here to chat with a rep. Tell them your remote is broken and they will send you a replacement at no charge.
