Its been working perfectly, almost too good, for a month. Then last light when I tried to press the guide button...nothing, so I pressed the AT&T button. It lit up and wouldn't go off for about ten seconds, then nothing. It wouldn't do anything. I tried changing the batteries to no avail. Any suggestions?

Also on my silver one, the body tends to separate slightly at times and can hide a held down key and prevent others from working as a full push is not available at that point.

I have a troublesome remote, too. its the S10-S2 model. It first was eating batteries,now for the past few days, hardly working at all.I am stuck on HSN..not my choice at all..I don't get paying for a channel that wants to sell me useless stuff. Tonight it was football stuff-yuck!
I wanted to watch HGTV, the remote just took the first number, and now I'm stuck in TV tortureland...Argh! And I have changed batteries too...as well as did things with the original TV remote..Still HSN...

This won't help your immediate situation but, call CS/TS and request replacement remote contorl(s). There is no charge for them.
