2wire gateway 3600 hgv

I received the gateway yesterday, i got home at 4 am set up and worked fine, watching a movie the internet wrnt down so i went to sleep and when i wake up the gateway is dead, completely off, there is electricity going throught cuz the adapters light is on but none reaching the gateway. Am i sopose to send it back or can i visit a local store?

I figured, i found the number on one of the papers
And they are sending out a technician today should be in the next hour, i know i need a replacement, thank you anyways.
