Because Uverse incorrectly terminated my service, the process they used to get me back online involved a re-registration process of the gateway which left my exsting router unable to connect to the internet.
Internet access is fine from the gateway and my personal router was working fine before today. It connects to the gateway via a PlugLink setup over my electrical wiring. The 'new' registration process has stopped that from working. Uverse is being less than helpful on this saying that it's 3rd-party and not their job to fix, but they are the ones that put it in initially and it was working before they undid my service. The reason they messed with my service is another story, too painful to get into here. ![]()
Since nothing changed on my personal router I know there's a configuration change required by logging into the gateway but I haven't found it yet. Anyone have any suggestions? I should also mention that I can't get to the admin page of my personal router now.
Thanks.
