All U-verse service freezes

i"M not sure if I should have started a new post since this one is old but I"m hoping someone will respond. Does Uverse periodically have problems? I am less than a month in2 using it and my tv, phone and internet freeze at times tho just for a very short time. I'll contact a tech if I can get thru on monday but it's so time consuming and then we get someone we can't understand!

Once you install the tool, please post screenshots of the following tabs: IP/Profile, Error Table, Bitloading, & Coax/HPNA.

We can take a look at the screenshots to see if there appears that you might be an issue with your system.
