Equipment return issue

Lost phone service for a week. After many conversations with Cust Svs. They determined that the problem was in my modem, and they would send me a replacement. When I received the replacement it was not the correct equipment. Again after long conversations with Cust. Svs. They said they would send me the proper modem within two days.( Four Days Later) no new modem. So I packaged up the equipment that was sent in error and returned it via UPS. Here is the problem. The paperwork sent to me via e-mail and a second copy by standard post, reflects the SN of my original modem (Which I still have) I wish to contact ATT and inform them of this issue but can not locate an e-mail address for them. I have lost confidence in Cust Service at this point. Has any one got a good e-mail address for ATT??? ( By the way some how my phone is now working fine) They must have been able to correct the problem from their location and opted not to send a replacement modem.
Any suggestions please.
