Extremely Slow wireless

I have a very slow connection when I connect wirelessly to the uverse RG. I have a 12 mbps internet connection and when I connect and run speed tests wirelessly i am getting about .30 (point thirty) mbps download speed. Conversely, I can connect directly to the RG with a network cable and am getting upward of 11.68 mbps. This is the third time it has happened. I have had uverse for about a year and this problem seems to pop up about every 3-4 months. ATT sends a technician out and eventually they patch it up for a few months but then is slows again. Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Another possible issue with this could stem from how your Wireless device is connected to the RG vis-a-vis IPTV endpoints.
