Is U-verse modem also a wireless router?

Im helping parents setup up there computers etc. They have ATT U-verse- the router has 4 wired ports, but I dont see an antenna and wondered if this is infact a wireless router?

if not can I hookup their old Linksys wrtg45 router to this an run that way?

Am I missing any setup instructions on this site?

Access the router here - http://192.168.1.254/ click on the wireless icon to set it up. Default is on with the password on the label. There is also a password for setup access on the same label.

can you specify the modem model?

The only modem that dont have wifi capabilities is the Motorola 2100

TIP:

Check the Modem's Sticker if you saw a Wireless Network Key in it then it can send Wifi signals.

Check the light indicators of the modem, If it has wireless then it can send Wifi signals
