New RG still drops signal

Hi all,

I hope I'm posting this in the correct place. My Uverse was dropping the signal for about 2 weeks and I received a new RG a few days ago (3800HGV-B). The new RG gave a clear and consistent signal for everything but the Internet which had a lot of lag on it. The RG started dropping the signal for TV, phone and Internet altogether again today. I'm posting my screen shots from UV Realtime as I'm not sure how to read them well enough to know if they show anything. Can someone please help?

You have a line problem, probably a bridge tap. Call technical support for another tech visit.

The tech came out yesterday and discovered the bridge tap, just as you said. I told him someone helped me on this message board and that it might be a bridge tap. He looked surprised that I'd even know that term, hahaha. So, thank you for your help and keeping my fingers crossed that this clears up my issues. Thank you!!!
