I've never had any problems with my devices connecting via wi-fi, as many others have discussed. But occasionally the whole wi-fi goes down, or the wired internet on the desktop. I've fixed it by power cycling the RG. It usually takes a few times before the wi-fi or internet is fully restored. But this time, I cannot get the wired internet to restore, though the wi-fi reboots successfully every time. I have power cycled (both pressing the reset button and disconnecting the power supply, sometimes both) at least 25 times, but it still isn't working. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried connecting the wired internet connection to a different port on the RG?

Yes, I've rotated the ports. I've also restarted the computer several times, as well as the wired router that the cable goes through.

Click on the link below and download and install the app. Take screen shots of all your stats and post them here so we can see if you are getting any errors.

Have you tried bypassing the router and connecting a computer directly to the ethernet port on the gateway?
