We had a lights on/off early this AM (storms), and the TVs will not come back up. I've never seen this before. I did all the usual resets, even a total reset of the RG.
What is even stranger is with the TVs and boxes on (only blue screensaver), weather alerts are popping up with audible announcements! No Press OK to Watch TV, but the same screen.
RG lights are all perfect, so how can we have no TV and get audible weather alerts? UVRT is seeing the DVR/STBs.
I do not want to call TS before I get expert advice--any suggestions as to what is going on? I included Interfaces tab as well so you can see it shows they have a connection.

All TVs/boxes are currently ON (showing off).
PHYs were all 112 before new RG.

I know DVR is supposed to retain recordings these days, but I don't trust it. 
Just did DR on 2 coax boxes, they are still stuck on the UV splash screen, loading and loading with no progress.
Sounds like your boxes are not connecting to the IPTV servers. That's usually an upstream issue, not a problem with your home network.
Did you call AT&T and see if they have an outage? I'm betting they do (although I'm also betting that customer service won't know a thing about it).

Well, if they come out, you know that's what will happen.
Update--2-gear TV has completed--Red X (of death) plus 1 dot. Other TV is still spinning the splash screen progress wheel.

Trying the safe method for DVR now (unplug 4 times, 10 sec. inbetween); at 2 gears now. It's the one connected directly to the RG via Cat5, so if it can't come up, then guess I'm in trouble.
Nope, just finished, red x, 1 dot.
Will give it a try next--just did the Power button reset as that was the protocol I remember after the red x/1 dot. So far, a black screen like we were seeing this morning.
Very strange, got the Kitchen (coax) to come back up after 2 DRs (2 ways).
Something else on the DVR...I can access the Go Interactive and Menu from the remote. Try a channel or the Guide button and it tells me Guide is not available.
Will keep trying DRs...

Finally got the DVR up, but I had to erase the recordings.
Still working on Living Room coax, DR just won't take.
When I brought up the RG after the reset, the Living Room TV was not showing (only 1 HPNA device).
I wanted to give an update--I was able to bring the other 2 boxes up around midnight )4/3). BUT, I ended up having to wipe the DVR.
Still no clue WHY this happened. Our power goes out often here, and we've never experienced a meltdown like this.
