So I wasnt sure if I should drag up an old thread so I thought I'd start a new one about my specific issue.
We get multiple "TV signal loss" errors per day. It also drops Internet. This has been happening a lot today. Lasts for about 30 seconds maybe before coming back up. We had the issue over the weekend and called CS. The tech said he "changed the frequency of our modem to give us a more stable connection". It ran fine that night but the problems started up again the next day.

Did you actually have a technician come onsite?

Your Error Table seems to indicate that you still have issues. Call back Technical Support at the number shown in my signature. They will run some more tests on your system and will probably dispatch a tech.

Are you currently running Ethernet from the node? That might be causing your errors. When they installed me orginally they used cat.5e cable and i was getting nasty error and the tech coundnt figure it out. And i said to run Quad Sheilded Coax and he said no because tyou have to pay so i said okay and he ran it and it cleaned up 100% of my erros i didnt have to pay because it was u-verse fault.
