I am also having problems with my router/gateway. It used to be very sporadic but now I am losing my tv signal on my main tv for minutes up to 10 minutes or more at a time.
Here are the screen shots I have seen requested in other emails.
I am going to be calling Uverse tomorrow but any suggestions on what to tell them would be greatly appreciated.

The screen shots indicate a definite issue with your system. You are not receiving sufficient bandwidth to receive any reliable U-verse service. How long have you had U-verse service?
Call Technical Support 24/7 at the number shown in my signature. They will run test on your system to see if there is something that can be addressed.

I have been with them for like 3.5 years. I will be calling Tech Support tomorrow morning!
Thanks!

The long-term solution for you is that they need to convert you to an iNID installation.

Thanks Everyone,
I have gotten busy with work today so no chance to call them. I am looking forward to seeing what they say.

Well the tech support guy I talked to didn't see anything from his end so to start they are shipping me a new receiver and we will go from there.

Based on the screenshots, I doubt that a new receiver will make a difference.
You might send a PM to Alex who is an AT&T Community Manager on this forum.
Also, check the settings on your account to make sure that you will receive email notification when a PM is received on this forum.

You need a 3801. It can handle distances greater than 2200ft better. Bet you would see a big difference in your stats on the bits loading graph. With nothing on your upload side you will loose connection often.

Just to respond to previous comments, iNID eligibility is 3400-5500ft, not 2700 feet which you're currently running on. Make sure to ask the technician if they are checking 'LSBBT -> RTLPA'. If they act confused, ask to be transfered to tier 2.

The reported distance from the VRAD in UVRT is a rough estimate, and with malfunctioning lines can be very inaccurate. It's likely he's further from the VRAD than indicated.
Plus, distance isn't the final factor when selecting a customer for an iNID -- if the lines in his neighborhood are thin gauge, an iNID is required at closer distances.
