Have you tried unplugging the RG at the back, wait about 30 sec. and plug back in? How long has this been going on? Are you a new install, or had the service for quite a while?
You can also post your UVRT stats here for viewing.
Download UVRT at http://www.uvrealtime.com
Post screenshots of these tabs:

Error Table
Bitloading
Coax/HPNA (unless you are all Ethernet)
Channels/Streams
Note: If you are a Mac user, this program only works on Windows OS at this time.

How are you connected to the outside? If not direct Ethernet from outside to the RG, that is something to request.
Have you had any feedback from phone support about checking your stats remotely?

I have been having the same problems lately and a hard reset (power cycle) of the RG sometimes will fix the problems for as much as 24hrs but usually less time. Getting very frustrating. Here are my UVRT screen captures:
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have been trying to play Playstation online via Playstation Network for the past month and consistently drop the connection. I have found no other problems except the innablilty to play games online. I originally thought we didn't have the capacity to handle it with our current speed so we upgrated to 15 mbs but I am still experiencing the drops.
I find this extremely unaccpetable and would greatly appreciate a fix. I have heard that the 2 wire modem that I have could be the problem but I don't know enough to confirm.
I have downloaded the UV Realtime Program but don't know enough to draw any conclusions from the information it is collecting.
Please help.

Feel free to post your screen shots here and someone will take a look to help with your stats. Use the tree icon to upload photo shots when you open the Reply window.
Are you using Wi-Fi for PS, or Ethernet?

My connection has been dropping randomly since Monday at about 8pm. Just curious what you all think the problem might be.

The Error Table indicates some apparent issues with your system. Have you called Technical Support about your issues?

Still having a problem with random disconnections/loss of signal even after having techs called out for the past two days.
Had the drop replaced monday, then had the external network filter replaced tuesday, all tech testing seems to check out but yet I'm still getting disconnects. I live in an area where heat can be a factor, so it is possible the main splitter needs to go as well, since we actually needed it replaced about 3-4 years back.

Your Error Table is showing a lot of errors. I know you have called TS but I suggest you do it again and ask the CSR to run a test on your service for errors. If they find any request another tedch be sent out to check your install. If they are uncooperative send Alex a PM, he is an ATT Community Manager on the forum.

If anyone could analyze my data log, I'd appreciate it.
I have my 2wire modem connected via ethernet to my airport express which I use for wireless connectivity. I have disabled the wireless functionality on my 2wire modem. I get random dropped internet connections almost daily, sometimes multiple times a day.
Here are my logs:

Thanks in advance.

It looks like there may be a bridge tap on your line. A bridge tap is an extra length of wire attached to your pair that doesn't terminate anywhere. It is usually left over from a previous customer that used your pair. Bridge taps cause problems with xDSL services.
You should call technical support, have them send a premises tech to your house to check the line. He should open a helper ticket with the Installation and Maintenance group (I&M), which are the linesmen, to come find and remove the bridge tap.

Thank you, I called tech support and they are sending a technician out tomorrow. What is a "pair"? Is this going to a problem in my house or an ATT network issue?

The two wires with which AT&T provides service to your house is normally referred to as a "pair." Customers a long way from the VRAD sometimes get a bonded-pair installation where they use two pair of wires.
The term "bridge tap" usually refers to a condition on the lines outside your home, though it is possible that similar wiring conditions within your house can cause the same symptoms as a bridge tap.

Please count me in as someone who's potentially having problems with the U-verse RG. Here are my screenshots:
Both my broadband and service connection have dropped at random times. Only when I unplug the RG and replug after 30 seconds do I not see the problems as much. However, UVRealtime seems to indicate otherwise that I'm still getting errors.
I appreciate any help/advice you guys can give me.
Thanks!

While I've seen worse (much worse), you are getting some uncorrected errors, and I'd like to see that count at zero, or at least very close to it. Your bit loading graph has a very large null at 1300 KHz (do you live next to a broadcast tower for an AM radio station?) and there's a wave form out near the end that indicates a specific line problem (bridge tap, which can also cause nulls). You have a null at 5.9 Mhz as well.
You can call AT&T Technical Support at 800-288-2020 and ask them to look at your stats, and send someone out to check your line.

I have had this problem forever and have yet to seen it get fixed. The connection will be good for a couple days and then drop continuously over another couple of days. It can get irritating.

Ive been with uverse for the last 2 year and never had a problem. 2 Months ago my modem lost connection for 4 days. During that time I called TS and after doing the resets it would still not connect. They ended up sending a new modem. WHile is was waiting for the new modem I let the old one sit unplugged for 3 days before plugging it back in. At that point it started working but barely. The next morning it was out again. I swapped out the modem but every so often i would lose the connection again. WHen i call TS they sent out a tech the next day. The prem tech basicly said there was nothing wrong with the house but I was 2000 ft from the vrad and my line capacity was in the 90% range. ONe suggestion he had was to switch to a INID. He ended up calling a senior tech. The senior tech said that my profile should be switch to 19. The prem tech open another ticket to have a different tech come out and switch it. I request that tech call me, which he did but not at the phone number i request. That was about 2 weeks ago. Thing have been fine till this past sunday. The modem went out again for the whole day. Ended unplugging the power for the day and that night i was able to get back online but the next morning it was out again. That evening it was back online and somewhat ok since then.
Today i decieded to google this issue and i found this forum. Glade to see i'm not the only one with this issue. Here screen shots of UVrealtime.I dont know what this all mean but doesn't look good. Any suggestions?

bossman,
Yes, you have a severe line issue. Something definitely isn't right because at 1900' from the VRAD, your max rate should be up in the 42-45 Mbps range, whereas yours is only 19 Mbps.
Please send a private message to Alex, one of our Community Managers. He can get a senior technician and a linesman out to your location to solve this issue.

You should not give up until they have fixed your service to the point where the max rate exceeds 40 Mbps.

Not that i'm aware of. Was emailed by David saying they changed my profile to 19 and see how it goes over the weekend. Figured it would put up some new screen shots of what things looked like to get opinions.
Just rebooted the gateway and the max rate is now at 34/35. SHould i reply back to David and ask they send out a senior line tech?
Since this is all new to new do you have any examples of what good service would like?
