Uverse Realtime results... lots of errors

I have only the uverse internet. (18m) My speeds seem to be slow at times, and the occasional drop. Whenever I look at UV Realtime I see lots of errors. Could this be the result of something wrong with my Gateway? or possibly my line?

I notice that your gateway has been running for over 128 days. Reboot your gateway and see if the issues continue.

I've been seeing constant freeze ups on TV and internet outages for several seconds for a week or so...
going to reboot shortly

I noticed that in 2010, you were on the 19/2 line profile. You are now on the 25/2 line profile, however, your system cannot support this higher profile which would explain the issues that you are having.
How and when were you upgraded to the 25/2 profile?

He's actually too far for a single-line install. He should be converted to an iNID.

also, the RG was hung when i got home today. it looked like it was working with all the right lights blinking but the ip interface was no longer accessable. I don't know if it was because i left the Realtime client up and connected or not.. I had to pull the power on the RG a couple of times to get it back up and accessable from my PC and onto the internet.

i didn't upgrade it but i think it's been on that profile for a while.. i think the issue started a couple of weeks ago due to weather.

Your system cannot support the 25/2 line profile because the Max Rate is insufficient. If your install was done today, you would be given a pair bonded (iNID) install instead of the single line install that you have. Pair bonded installs were probably not available when your install occurred.
I would suggest that you call Technical Support at the number shown in my signature. They can downgrade you back to the 19/2 profile, and your issues should go away. You might want to also ask about being converted to a pair bonded install which would give you more bandwidth for the higher profile which allows for more HD streams and a higher internet package. I don't no if either of those are issues for you.

An iNID (i318v) is the gateway used for a pair bonded install instead of the 3800HGV-B which you have with your single line install.

they replaced my RG with a 3801 and the coax from the outside to RG with ethernet to the RG.. things look a little better but he daid he still sees errors down line but they're not bad enough for him to call in a tech to look at it.. what he infered was that i should call back and complain some more so they'll look at the down the line issue.
also, I can't remember how to configure a static IP on one of the ethernet ports. It took a while to figure it out a few years ago when i first got UVerse.. any help?
I've searched and alot of the links in the forums nolonger work.

it's been fine most of the week.. it's raining right now and the tv picture is pixalating and the internet is freezing up.
