blocked website / servers with my router?

I ws trying to launch a simple new website and something happened in the middle of the transmission with filezilla that prevents me from going to the website. It's with my router because when I turn it off, my iPhone can go to the site, etc, but when it comes back up no device on my network can go to it. So, how do I unblock a website or wewb server???
