Community need your knowledge.
My iPSU, a White, 2Wire brand, randomly sounds the power off alarm with no power disruption to the circuit the unit is plugged into. My service is voice and internet only.
The reponding tech troubleshot and ended up replacing the original unit-which alarmed 24/7.
I have learned that I can disable the audible alarm/reset my password etc. after he left. Darn it.
The password on the iPSU will not work to access the settings.
Need instructions to handle the password issue other than "call tech support" cause I did, a time consuming, frustrating non answer session.
Please be specific as I am new to this equipment.
Adios.

I am experiencing the exact same issue with the power alarm going off all the time.
Unfortunately, disabling the battery alarm in the gateway interface doesn't seem to shut off the power alarm.

To clear the old iPSU settings from the outside unit, press and hold the red reset button for about 15 - 20 seconds. That should clear it up.
