Are you trying ot connect wireless or wired? Some wireless don't play well with realtime.

"Unable to Connect" is generally caused by one of a very few things:
• Your gateway is not a 2Wire 3800, 3600, 3801, or 3812 model.
• You have used your own intervening router behind the 2Wire, and you haven't manually put in the IP address of the 2Wire gateway.
• The computer you have installed UV Realtime on does not have Internet access or is otherwise disconnected from the network.

I have NVG510 Gateway and have same problem. Maybe mr wilson can confirm Y or N?
