I seem to have had issue after issue with ATT. Immediately after installation I was on the phone about my contract... not what I was told... anyhow,
That means the technician left before I had completed installation and have NO IDEA WHAT I AM DOING!
I am afraid to use the set up tool and screw something up unless I hear positive remarks about it...
