Downed line since last week, still not fixed.

Last week we had a semi truck come through our alley which tore our phone line in half, taking out our U-Verse internet with it. I've called three times since then and was told each time that someone would be out the same day of the call or the next. No one has come. We've been without service since last Friday, and now it's going on Wednesday. What does it take to get AT&T to come restore our service, and what exactly did the people that I spoke to at AT&T customer service do? If this isn't resolved by tomorrow, I'm done.

Dont know what area you are in, but I used the 800 number in this post, for a clients house that had a downed line laying in the yard. Told ATT the problem, address with nearby phone number at 9am and the line was gone by 11:45
The tech called me when he was 15 away from the property but was there by the time I got there which was 8 minutes after he called. He gave me his card, "system technician" he looked at the problem and said no problem, 30 minutes later he was done and he even removed a branch that had grown into the still existing line.
Compliments to Gary {personal content removed for safety} the technician for a great job, friendly service and ATT for superb customer service and hiring Gary!
