I'd like to replace the unbalanced 3-Way coax splitter ATT used
with the BALANCED 3-way coax splitter they also use that is made by HOLLAND.
Any one know the Holland part number?
It should not have a red label on it but be all silver in color.
Thanks.

Not sure if this is the same one AT&T uses, but here is one:

what's your reasoning behind this? do you expect to get a better picture or less problems?...

For coax attached devices you ideally should see 112 for the PHY Rate here:
http://192.168.1.254/xslt?PAGE=J70&THISPAGE=A02_PO
in my case some are 96 which is probably OK but it was suggested this was
due to ATT installing an unbalanced 3-Way splitter.
This made sense since the devices showing the lower speed were attached
to the splitter taps with the higher attenuation.
It was suggested that using a balanced splitter might improve the 96 PHY Rates.
I am experiencing no problems with the service so I'm probably just being a.n.a.l

I think you can look at the output taps and if they both are labeled with the
same attenuation (db) or not labeled at all it's probably a balanced splitter.
