Incomming call just displayed "Incoming Call" instead of Caller ID Info

U-verse, including U-verse phone, was installed yesterday.

Today, I got calls on my home phonewith the proper Caller ID info until a short while ago.

For the last call,. all it displayed was "incoming Call" for at least 6 rings.

When i looked at the phone's call record, nothing was there for that call.

Tried calling from my cell phone and the proper Caller ID info displayed.

Any idea why this particular call acted that way?

CIDs send all sorts of weird stuff. see it on POTS too.
I understood that wireless did not include caller data. But, I get calls from two wireless that show names. Sounds like yours does too.

I've seen that also, and I have VOIP service. I think sometimes the caller id system just misses it.

It's a know issue. If you know the person calling, just add it the number to your contacts. (personal website edited out)

Still having the same problem. The person is in the contact list on my phone. How do I add it to the contact list on U-verse??? This still doesn't solve the problem for calls from folk I might be expectng to call but don't know their #!!!
