Internet slows dow EVERY night

I just had the Uverse TV and internet installed this week and I'm already having a problem with my internet.

I have the Max Plus plan(18MB) and the speed is great during the day and evening, but at night around 9:00-10:00 it slows down to 5-8 MB. This has been happening for the past 3 nights.

This is incredibly annoying.

Think that's bad? Try their DSL service. 1.5MBPS advertised. 1.2MBPS MAX real world speed. Drops as low as 0.20MB. And $40 a month too!

Can you redo your uv realtime screenshots, but first check the checkbox to remove personal information?

Be sure to show the IP and streams tabs.

Also, are you watching or recording 2 or more HD TV streams during the slowdowns?
