I was connected to the internet wirelessly when my 3600HGV rebooted. When it came back up, I had no wireless service. Wired service and VOIP both work. U-verse troubleshooter couldn't figure it out. What do I do now?

There's no light next to the Wireless label. Is that what you mean?

No, click on the link in my previous message to look at the configuration page in the 3600HGV. You will need to use a wired connection to the RG.

Yes texasguy37, the configuration page show that it's enabled.

Try unplugging the RG, wait about 30 seconds, then plug it back in. When it completes rebooting, test the wireless again.

The troubleshooter already had me do that. No joy.

I'm starting to get a real sick feeling in my gut. What options have you tried?
