When playing games or streaming from Netflix my connection to these services sometimes will slow to unusable levels. TV and other applications (browsing, etc) are unaffected. A power cycle fixes the issue.
Service: 18mpbs
Thoughts?

Please also post the Error Table, Bitloading and Coax,HPNA tabs? Which U-verse services do you have?

The Coax/HPNA tab says there are none connected, even after doing the extended test. The only devices physically plugged into the router is a wireless TV transmitter, and another box wired with Ethernet.
As stated above, I have basic (non-HD) TV service along with 18mbps internet.

There is something going on w/your line, you are on the 25/2 profile when you should be on the 32/5 profile. Your green upload block on the bitloading looks anemic and the yellow download blocks look strangely chopped up.
There is some type of bridge tap/interference occuring, call TS on the # in my sig and tell them what is happening. They should do a test on your line to see what they come up with and something is happening. Good luck ![]()

TS told me 25/2 is the proper profile and says there's nothing wrong with the line.
Problem has escalated to the point where I can no longer view YouTube videos without constant buffering (even 360/480 SD). Average download speeds now are down to 6mbps. Originally it was only in things like WoW, CoD, HD streaming; now its affecting everything.
They're sending a tech out tomorrow and hopefully he'll be more literate than T1 TS.

Tech just came out and put me on a 32/5. Says I'm only 500ft from the node. This still doesn't look good =[ My speeds are wild - one second they'll be at 17mbps and the next it will choke down to 10-12mbps.
If this is the best I can get it to I'm fine with it. As long as I can do what I need to do.

I get the most reliable speed tests from http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ , find too often speedtest.net was not reliable. From metro Detroit to the Chicago server on speakeasy on 12M I consistently get 11.51/1.47.
The bitloading doesn't look any better, something is still going on there. Since TS doesn't seem to be fixing it, I'd contact David and his tier2 team here:

Follow the directions under TROUBLES w/UVerse or install problems and hopefully they will solve your problem, let us know what happens. Good luck. ![]()
