I have had U-Verse for a few years and have never had a problem but over the last day or so it has started to freeze up for .5-1 second ever few minute or so making it bascially unwatchable. I have not noticed any issue with my Internet, but I don't expect it to be as sensitive to QoS as the video feeds.
Any old vidoes I play from DVR work fine. Any new DVR recordings show the issue. Any On-Demand videos show the isssue.
Ideas? Service Call?
Michael

If any of your receivers are feed by coax cable, post the Coax/HPNA tab after running the Extended Test.

Thanks for the info. Your screenshots don't show any apparent issues with your system. You may already have tried this but, unplug your DVR for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in. See if the issue continues.

Yep. AC cycled both Boxes. Maybe the issue is upstream.

If you are still experiencing problems please PM Alex . He's a Community Manager here and he can get this to the right group to help.

At the end of your bitloading chart, I'm seeing a waveform that I normally associate with a specific line problem known as a bridge tap. They seem to cause issues that don't always manifest in the error counts (though they often do that as well). The fact that you had a link retrain after 12 hours is also mildly concerning.
Since you don't have error counts, it can be hard to convince someone that you have line problems. But I think you do.
What I don't understand is why a bridge tap suddently materialized out of nowhere. Usually it's an artifact that you get at installation time (because he taps in to a line that was previously in use, and doesn't disconnect the continuing wire). It could be that it was there all along, but properly terminated so you didn't get reflections, but now it's gone open (somebody cut a drop with a backhoe). It could also be something in your house, depending on how your RG is connected to your NID.
