I've had Uverse for about a year now. Last summer, I would have connection issues from about the time I got home from work (around 4:30pm) till about 7pm. A serviceman came out, climbed the pole and looked at stuff, checked wires, and then cut an 'extraneous wire' he said inside the house.
It 'seemed' to fix the problem, and I haven't had any other issues until just recently. The last 2 days, I've had connection issues again, again between the hours of about 4pm and about 6:30pm.
Anything that can explain why I would only have connection issues at those certain times? And it usually only seems like it is on week days as well, although I am not always home at those times on the weekends.
I have downloaded the UV Realtime program, and I can post up a screenshot if someone tells me what sort of things I should be taking a screenshot of.
Thanks in advance!

Call TS and ask the csr to run a test on your service for errors. When they see them request a prem tech be sent out to check your install. Your stats are showing lots of erros. Use the phone number in my sig. When you hear the voice recognition system say "Uverse Tech Support".
