I just did a self-install Tuesday after switching from DSL to U-verse only Pro internet. I had been using Netgear's N150 and their WN3000RP. When I s. witched the connection to the repeater became very choppy compared to what it was before I switched. Do I need to make any setting changes?

You do not mention which modem/gateway you were issued for your Uverse internet, but you should be able to use both your N150 and the 3000RP if you set your Uverse modem/gateway to put the N150 in the DMZ.
