We would need some more info from you on just what is happening.
Also, if you could copy and paste your stats from THIS page, after describing what is happening, it would probably help. ![]()
Also, if you could state your location, there could be a problem in your area.

As long as you are not too far from your VRAD, you should not be having those issues.
IF you are having problems from day one, give them a call (800-ATT-2020, 24/7 tech support) and get them out there. Something isn't right, either in the wiring inside or outside. It may take several calls and visits for them to find the problem, or could be something really simple that was overlooked.
Do you have Internet with UV TV as well? If so, any problems with that?

Yeah, spds suggestion about calling tech support was a good one. It's a free service, its what they are there for, and at the very least you should get some sort of credit for being OOS for so long.
The problem, whatever it is, is certainly fixable under most situations. 1-800-ATT-2020...its a yucky menu but you should be able to ask for Uverse Tech Support. If you have a hard time getting through on that number send me a PM about it if you want further assistance.

This is my second day with UVerse. I was told that only 4 TV'scould operate at a time and that a fifth Tv would display the content of the last TV to sigh on. Well, it doesn't. I get the message that I must interrupt another TV. Does anyone know how to correct this problem?
Also, is it possible to buy an additional setup or iam I stuck with only four? I have 6 boxes and this is not going to work. Is there a 30 day cancellation period?
Other than that, I like the features and internet.

total of 4 streams at one time so with 6 boxes only 4 streams (recording or live at any one time)

I've had quite the experience as well. I stuck with it to avoid Comcast, but I don't know I would if I could put a dish on my roof. Sometimes apartment living really sucks.

woot to no contracts, rcsmg is right though, the financial burend is minimal. the service is great, it's why i stuck with it despite the bad experience. im excited to get it, im just not happy with the performance if the CSR's.
stick with it, if you have problems, don't give up on getting them fixed. SOMEONE will help you, im a testament to that. I've been meaning to run acall report on how many minutes I spent with them... it's in the hundreds... maybe I'll do that. the point is simple tho, i stuck with it, and it got fixed.
