I have the Linksys Model No. wrt5462 V1 router.
I have wireless reception about 60 feet away from the router with walls on my MacBook, but when I installed a wireless tv it does not receive the signal. What range extenders are compatible with this router and if I am going to be successful how well is a range extender going to help at this distance?

Hi,
Most if not all range extenders work with out equipment. Make sure it's a universal wifi range extender and it should function properly. The range extender could be exactly what you need to resolve the issue. You would place the extender somewhere at about the halfway point between the device your trying to connect and your AT&T equipment and the signal should be substantially better for your wireless TV. Please let me know how it turns out and if you need any help.
Thank You,
JustinF
