We have been trying to get AT&T to fix our static phone and on/off DSL for over 6 weeks. It gets fixed for a couple of days, then goes out again. No one will call back when promised & I am WAY over it. We are dumping them & going to BrightHouse for phone & Internet. I am tired of paying for a service that we can't use. The big issue is that they don't even seem to care.... What happened to customer service?
Good luck with AT&T - We hve reached the breaking point & are DONE!
