Why I hate At&t

nocently enough when I switched my old service to AT&T. I thought it wont be so bad, after all they should be okay as far as I know they are a good company. I mean they have all those commercials and they seem to be taking over the world so they likely take care of all their customers. Oh, but I was wrong. What I do not understand is how this company can offer the worst cable, phone, wireless and Internet when hardly any of the service works. But as much as you complain they do not care and what do try do? They take they take and they take until there is nothing left of you but a low descending patience. Now the customer service has been a lack of a better word-crude. I have been hang up and I have been screamed at-why because I was tired of the run around and had no more patience. Then my first combining bill came (whoever thought this was a good ideas-should seriously rethink it) well the price was high too high. So I called (of course) and what happens all those bills that I had been receiving separating before my first combining bill they were taking the money and pitting it into one single bill. Did they tell me this? Of course not yet I paid in June for a separate bill. Yet according to them i have not paid my wireless bill since April. How is this possible? Who knows. Do they have the payments on record? Yup. So how is it that I paid over $500 in Jube alone, but it is only covering one bill, how does this happen? Well my guess is that AT&T likes to mess with people until they have nonmoney, no life and no dignity left. Because this is the way corporations make sure they get bigger why we (the people) get smaller.
