Not at all, once it stops letting you tag then you have (and yes there are limits on how many you can do per hour/day)

In my defense, I was not the one to tag with those. I won't say who did either though

Unfortunately you happen to know though. And there is a way for everyone to see who made a tag. Just click on the tag and it says in the right column.

UT, the tagging fool! There must be a song in there somewhere!

I'm a little lost on where it says who actually made the tag UT. I clicked on it and all I see is related tags and top taggers.

The top tagger column in the right. That is just for that tag. So that would list everyone who created a tag under that name. If there is only one name there, then obviously it can only be that one person. But if you clikc the number next to the person's name, you can see tags they made with that tag name only by them.

It sounds confusing but if someone really wants to know who tagged a post, it is possible to track them down.
