Most large corps like AT&T would appreciate free customer service provided by an unpaid group like the forum. Now you can line up for an even a longer wait at an already bogged down customer service support center and speak with less knowledgeable AT&T representatives.
How ironic they would make such a serious change on April Fools Day!

Is this board slow or is it me?
I'd say it has been getting slower just about the same time uverseusers.com got faster w/new servers the first of 09. I think it's a problem w/more users on at any time and is slowing it down, but today is really slow w/new graphic look and adding all the Uconnect choices (made it part of Uconnect? Sure is, it's a tab on my Uconnect TV Listings page) that didn't really 'help' anything.
