Our BB35 has a leak and is listing. Last I heard they were sending divers in yesterday to try and find the leak. It's not the first time, and expected as she's an old gal!

Phil, just curious if you or any of your neighbors have applied a turf weed killer to their lawns lately? If so it may be 2,4-D causing your tomato leaf-curl which is widely used in many lawn herbicides. The worst is when it's sprayed as a liquid by lawn care companies when it's hot out and can vaporize/travel long distances. Here's an article on tomato leaf curl which mentions 2,4-D damage.
I've probably mentioned before where this area farmer near the park I used to work at sprayed his fields with 2,4-D in preparation for no-till planting. It was 80-85 out causing the chemical to vaporize, traveled almost 2 miles away with a slight breeze, and "bit" every heirloom/old-world variety fruit tree in our orchard. Luckily it just caused leaf curl and no permanent damage to the trees.
I planted 8 tomato plants, 2 zuke plants and a couple cucumber plants last weekend. Late start and now it's the war in protecting them from the critters. Also had to plant them all in large pots due to the Black Walnut trees roots putting out toxic chemicals which will kill the tomato plants and some other vegetables.
Hey Spd, surely they will find and fix the leak on BB35. 
And Atrazine will kill trees. Roots all under the grass, so I stopped using it years ago.
What I really hate is all these chemicals get washed into the storm sewers with rain/sprinklers. 
Talk about drift, One of my neighbors along the back yard fence line decided to Roundup a big patch of his yard in prep for re-landscaping. problem is he did it on a day with steady 20-25 winds. Needless to say all along his portion of my fence line (about 60 feet) is dead grasss now almost 8 feet into my yard. Moronicus Dumbassus.

I've always used Nitro-Phos as well (can also be found at local Ace). Do you have a lot of trees, SJ?
2 trees aren't feeling well again this year, though well-watered through the drought. Some neighbors cut down trees as they didn't make it (they didn't water their grass either!).
Yeah, lots of fun with home ownership, OU, but you'll never be bored or lack for a project, LOL! One thing to make sure is they grade your land properly. That is near-impossible to fix once other homes are built around yours (but you may not be dealing with subdivision crap!). Once houses went in behind and other side, we had drainage problems that are still a struggle. Added 4 more french drains in back as water comes from where new houses made the land grade higher! Wish we lived in the middle of a forest, like Uni!
