if you guys havent configure your gateway yet, go to this website: http://gateway.2wire.net/setup
If prompted, enter Key Code {Removed personal info} into the keycode box and click Next
you will be prompted to create a Residential Gateway system password.
When finished creating password, click Done
select your local Time Zone and click Next.
The connection process will begin. During the connection process, the Broadband light in front of RG will first blink green and then turn solid green.

Not only does your link not work, but it isn't necessary.
Once your account is provisioned, what you posted is not needed at all.

I really wanted to say something about that post, but I figured a few people would beat me to it. I just get the feeling someone is really, really bored. That post is totally unnecessary.
Not only that Mark, but if a newbie sees this, it could cause unnecessary confusion for them, since they will be able to access the MDC without going through all those unneeded steps to begin with.

That link won't work because AT&T has the setup pages removed/hidden for obvious reasons...They are not needed for U-verse. The customer doesn't have to enter a keycode because it is already there out of the box, preconfigured for use on the U-verse service, either that or AT&T is using greenlight provisioning. Not only doesn't a keycode have to be entered, it can't be entered because the page to do so isn't there.
Second of all, saying "if you guys havent configure your gateway yet..." at the beginning of your statement doesn't mean much either. If it wasn't configured in the way you described, they wouldn't have service at all. In which case the install tech didn't do their job properly which wouldn't have involved the steps that you outlined in your post.
