Happy SPRING everyone!  This weather has been so weird, that I think we totally skipped Winter and went straight to Summer! I'm thinking that we still MAY get a freak snow event yet.....

Yes, I've seen on the news the bad weather that you're having there. We have also had close to 80 degree weather here in PA. If my pool was ready to roll, my son probably would have been in it already. Lol!

Have you ever heard of Easton?? I lived there for about 4 years.. I'm from the Wilkes-Barre/ Scranton area now. It sure is a small world.

Oh yeah, I'm familiar with Easton.

We had good family friends from Wilkes-Barre and spent a fair bit of time there. 

My Mom used to be a reporter for The Morning Call. She writes for a smaller daily newspaper now, The Times News.

Wow! That's cool! My dad worked for Western Union at the time, so that's what took us to Easton...we are originally from this area though...Wilkes-Barre.

LOL! It's actually a nice day here today and according to my phone, it's 64 right now with a high of 78 expected. I guess I could forget any freak snowstorm, huh??

Depending on where you are DCookie LOL. In Montana we can get freak snowstorms well into June, with them starting back up in August-depending on the year.

OH WOW!!! I'm in NE PA...we're usually done with snow by now but there have been a couple of times where we had a freak snow event in March and even April, iirc. LOL!!

Well small example. April 14, 1984, I sat on my back porch and got a sunburn. May 8th, on release from the hospital on the birth of my first son on April 30th, I went home in a blizzard.

I lived in Spokane, Wa for awhile and remember getting snow well into late April. Not just a dusting either. We would get a good 3-4 inches.

It's supposed to be sunny and 76 today in Dallas today so, no complaints!!

Happy spring!  The weather here has been absolutely gorgeous with a few days of rain mixed in here and there.  All in all, totally awesome. :-)  I have to agree.  I seriously think we skipped winter and went straight to summer.  It sure feels like it. :-)

Lol! Thanks but actually, I don't like Spring. I'm more of a fall/winter person, myself.

That's cool.  I remember in November of 2010, we had some family come and visit us and it was a warm autumn that year.  We took the family out to eat and we had to stand outside.  It was such nice weather that we were still wearing t-shirts and shorts in the middle of November.  In Colorado, it is usually winter weather out there around that time.  In March of 2003, we had a blizzard and we were stuck in our house for a week.  Weather can be quite interesting sometimes.
