Anyone here who have a set of NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION??? well i have a lot..every year and every year i cant do it..haha..so much for changing for the better..

Same here...and agree about the lol smiley!  Thought I'd start using it to get rid of my (annoying habit) LOLs, but maybe not.

Yes.  I have a new years resolution.  I want to improve my health by getting more active.

I decided to quit smoking, it's almost been a month smoke free and I feel amazing. And I'm going to buy a house this year.

Good for you!  I've never tackled that personally, but have lived with someone who has/did.

Great time to buy since prices are so low!  Watch out for HOAs as you have to abide by any rules.
